On January 10, 2017, the 19th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 11th Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference was held in Guangzhou. The meeting cancelled the 11th Provincial People's Political Consultative Conference of Yang Manfang and Tan Shaobo. Qualifications [4] [5] .

On the afternoon of January 10, 2017, the 19th meeting of the 11th Standing Committee of the Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference was held in Guangzhou. The meeting decided to revoke Yang Manfang’s 11th session of the CPPCC National Committee.
