Biological Weapons Convention ( English: Biological Weapons Convention , referred to as the BWC), also known as the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention ( English: Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention , referred to as the BTWC), full name Prohibition of the Development, Production, Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention storage , is The first international disarmament treaty banning the production of weapons entered into force in March 1975.

  • Article I : Never, under any circumstances, acquire and hold biological weapons .
  • Article II : The destruction of biological weapons, or for peace purposes, combined with resources and financial resources.
