Biological Weapons Convention ( English: Biological Weapons Convention , referred to as the BWC), also known as the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention ( English: Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention , referred to as the BTWC), full name Prohibition of the Development, Production, Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention storage , is The first international disarmament treaty banning the production of weapons entered into force in March 1975.

- Article I : Never, under any circumstances, acquire and hold biological weapons .
- Article II : The destruction of biological weapons, or for peace purposes, combined with resources and financial resources.
- Article III : Do not transfer, or in any way assist, encourage, induce other countries to acquire or hold biological weapons.
- Article IV : Take internationally necessary measures to implement the Biological Weapons Convention.
- Article V : Consultation between the two sides and many countries to resolve any issue of implementation of the Biological Weapons Convention.
- Article VI : If necessary, seek the assistance of the UN Security Council to pursue violations of the BWC and agree with its follow-up decision.
