Chongqing Road No. 26-28 was built in the 1920s and is located at Cambridge Road (here 26-28, Chongqing Road , Heping District ) in the then British Concession in Tianjin . It is currently a historical building with a general protection level [1] , It is now a commercial housing.
Architectural style [ edit ]
Chongqing Road No. 26-28 has a floor area of 400 square meters and a building area of 700 square meters. It is a two-storey brick and wood structure three-storey row house with symmetrical left and right sides of a building. The roof of the building is a red roof and the facade is a clear water red brick wall. On the first floor of the building there is a raised living room, on the second floor there is a balcony, and on the third floor there is a baroque-style mountain flower wall. The facades of the second and third floor balustrades in the building are white plastered walls and grey concrete finishes. The building is a townhouse with eclectic architectural features. [2]
